  Does this torch have Mode Memory? Worthless if they don't, going through 4 modes every time you turn it on is a huge pain in the ass.

  Hi rep, you haven't inflated the rated lumens enough. If you make it 200,000 lumens you will get way more sales.

  Don't know about waterpoof for diving (never dipper it in water)? Water resistant yes :) Will light up tree's 100m on zoom with no problem. I don't know how good the bike holder is (hope that it will not fall out when I try it).
