I miss my DMAA …. But you are correct .. most formulas now the only real ingredient is expensive caffeine.
Unless you're a huge fan of stimulants, which this has in droves (caffeine, Pouchung Tea AKA AMP citrate and Phenylethylamine) I wouldn't really recommend this product. While it's a good price you really want a pre workout with beta alanine, a full dose of creatine, citrulline etc.
You know what's a great, natural and effective preworkout? Coffee.
I've tried a number of preworkout supps (all before they were each outlawed) and nothing beats coffee. Not to mention how cheap caffeine is.
[edit] downvote all you like, but just because you sip on coffee while stalking ozbargain doesn't mean it won't deliver results in the gym.
