I have bought stuff from this mob before. I don't need any downlights but if I did……
Looks like a good deal if you are after the whole fitting, in my experience Crompton make reasonable quailty products.

  Just a note - "15W LED lamp module" - it is 5x3W LEDs.
  Not quite the same as a 15W LED.
  490 lumens is pretty crap compared to 800~1000 lumens for a true 15W LED.
