    More accurately call Asian Seabass. It is farmed. Cook thoroughly.

  The tuna tastes fine, although the neat slices are rather dark and grey compared to other frozen tuna I have purchased.

    i know farmed salmon tends to be greyish and then they artifically colour it by feed to it to give it an orange appearance. maybe tuna is similar?

      All salmon get their colour from their food.
      Wild or farmed, the colour depends on what they eat. Just like flamingoes.

      Yes, the farmers add carotenes to their diet, but it is the same chemicals that colour wild fish. Or carrots :)

  Cod fish is caught in the wild and sourced from the US. But packaged in China.

  Tried the Atlantic Cod, wasn't very good (could be personal taste).

  Make sure you check the Best Before date of the Salt Water Barramundi portions - there was a recall last year for batches with Best Before October 15, 2015.

  Reason for recall:

  The potential presence of foreign matter in one batch of product.
