Looking to Replace Parts in Gaming Computer after Flood Damage. Would Like Advice on Choices/Suppliers

Hi,

I recently had my computer damaged due to flooding and have some cash to rebuild. I'm looking to use the following parts:

*i5 4690k
*z97x Fatal1ty
*EVGA GTX970 FTW x2 in SLI
*Antec edge 750w PSU
*Asus ROG Swift monitor

I will reuse my old drives and RAM (4x2GB Ripjaw 1600mhz CL9)

Cheapest price is from "Warehouse 1" but I am reading some bad reviews. PC Case Gear prices are about $150 more.

Local in Tasmania is way too expensive.

I haven't built a PC for quite a long time so I was hoping for some advice. Apologies if I have already said something stupid.

MSY is 26 dollars cheaper, but that's without startrack express shipping.

I could be waiting for the rest of the year for AMD to sort out their G-Sync equivalent and I need a PC. Also the dollar is probably going to get worse before it gets better.

970s have the memory issue, you want a 4790K at least for 2015 AAA gaming. Games do use those threads.

Unfortunately my budget is not unlimited. Also the 970 still seems to get good framerates. Maybe the legal contention will drive the cost down.
