Region: Alto Paranaiba
Grade: NY2/3
Screen Size: 16 / 18
Process Method: Pulped Natural
Packaging: Grain Pro Inners
Appearance: Blue/Green
Tasting Notes: A sweet heavy cup with full bodied hazelnut, caramel and chocolate from start to finish with a clean, delicate lemon acidity. This coffee is like a “Ferrero Rocher” in a cup.

Indian Monsoonal Malabar

Bean Appearance: Pale golden colour, mottled colours (due to its patented ageing process) large and distinct
Acidity: Medium
Body: Medium to high, bold
Flavour: Nutty, caramel and tobacco
This is a totally unique bean, sweet, musty, aggressive flavours, pungent, nutty roasted tones, and subtle caramel and tobacco notes. Exotic and complex, this is a great bean for espresso blending, building flavour profiles that are unique due to its infusion.

      These coffees are being roasted more medium roast so although you can use for pour over we have different coffees that would suit this method better and perform better as a lighter roast.

      All coffees on our site are roasted to order so if notes are placed in Paypal upon checkout you can specify exactly what roast profile you would like.

      I'm roasting a few higher end coffees for pour over on Monday so if you want to shoot me an email I can make you an offer. Otherwise if you need help on suitable coffees for pour over I''d be happy to recommend a few from our site

    Hubby is having trouble with coffee if it's too acidic. Keen to try the Brazil Meloso Fino, it sounds amazing.
