Given the stock availability is the same, I think the only difference is price.
In my experience, the one with the 7-digit order code is the "normal" one. 9-digit order codes are used for specials, hence the "01" tacked to the end of the order code. Whenever Element14 sends out flyers with special prices, the flyers have 9-digit codes listed.

Be advised that the price on the product page doesn't include GST - was surprised at checkout.
So, I got $4.90 discount, but then GST added $4.40.
