This is a great product. Everytime I host the swingers club I give everyone a scoop.
Usually in 30 mins things get crazy.
The outcome is long sessions and big pumps
The pre-workout supplement with the best evidence behind it is good old fashioned caffeine. Just buy 1000 doses for 18 bucks here(http://www.ebay.com/itm/251592036455?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.…).. or just have a double espresso before you go to the gym.
I'd be really careful buying caffeine in bulk.
Aside from the fact it is really easy to OD with just 1/2 teaspoon of pure caffeine some places have found the powders contaminated with metals or even other unidentified chemicals due to lax cleaning between batches.

I'd just stick to coffee or energy drinks…unless you really want to add caffeine to protein powder
Yeah caffeine pills from a major manufacturer are safer. I should have added powdered caffeine should come from a trusted source (as any supplements), and scales with milligram resolution are indispensable.
Coffee is the safest alternative.. the only problem is it is hard to be consistent. A cup of coffee could be 60mg of caffeine or 160mg.. depending on the beans, grind, volume and method of extraction.
These days I have been having a double espresso with 5g of creatine monohydrate mixed in. A little ugly but you could add a teaspoon of sugar or a couple of teaspoons of protein powder.
I do however still use pre workout on the occasion!
Should probably mention that the expiry date is 31/1/15 which means you'll probably only get a couple of servings once you'll order it and receive it .
