$27.96 with eBay Plus code APRIL6
I was checking out the previous deals for Creatine Monohydrate and found this one which is Micronised Creatine Monohydrate powder. Seems to be the eBay store for https://sport-supplements.com.au/

Has anyone tried this vs AminoZ?
yeah. they taste exactly the same. 99.99% chances they're from the same few factories in China as all creatine monohydrate are made in China. The exception is Creapure which is made in Europe but it's vastly more expensive.
Thanks, this is much cheaper - wondering why it doesn't have more upvotes.
Thats a pretty good price. Thanks for sharing.
I've been on Focal Nutrition for 6 months now.
I'm feelin the difference and been getting very flattering compliments at the gym.
I was tired of being fat and ugly so I'm hitting the gym to only be ugly, would this be beneficial to somebody whose workout is 50/50 cardio/weights, or is it more just purely for muscle mass/weights?
Of course. A laundry list of benefits. Quicker recovery time, reduced fatigue, increased strength, helps regulate blood sugar, improved cognitive function, improves heart health, helps with weight control.
Side effects? in some people, yes - digestive issues, diarrhea, dehydration - due to sudden change in diet ( in part due to suddenly starting to eat healthier/ higher fiber intake) as well as large sudden intake of creatine for the 'loading phase'.
If you notice any issues, simply take small amounts of creatine to begin with, then slowly and gradually increase over time (months) and always drink plenty of water.
Cheers m8y!
