Harvest Period: October to February
Description: The Lunoro farms are found at a staggering 1800masl overlooking Lake Nyasa / Malawi,up here their farms receive around 1500mm of rainfall annually. Wet processing is carried out using a Penagos Eco-Pulper , designed and made in Colombia it is the ideal machine for smaller volumes using less water and processing to a very high quality. Dry processing is done at the Mbinga Coffee Curing works in Mbinga District in Ruvuma Region.

      They are regular deals, but at $50 bucks delivered for a pair of single origins of seemingly good quality this is actually a big discount. For instance, most other aussie sellers have their equivalent single origins priced from 30 - 45 per kilo.

      check a few sites, if you want to buy some coffee beans this is actually a good price and does represent a significant saving over normal.

    How long would these beans last being stored and how do you recommend they are to be stored? 2kg is quite a lot to buy in one go.

    I would get some extra coffee bags from Manna and split them in 250g or 500g lots.
    With mine I freeze them till needed, the last lot tasted great after 8 months.
    The main thing with freezing is not to thaw and refreeze, so make bag sizes to be consumed in 2-3 weeks after thawing.
