30 bucks or similar for target 64gigs.
Thanks OP.
Snapped up 2 for the Note 4. Will also come in handy later when the phone dies for my DSLR.
FYI 32GB Samsung Pro (90MB/s read, 80MB/s write) Micro SD cards are available for ~$43 from MSY every day of the week, and probably at similar prices from a few other computer stores here and there.
Still, this is a great price for the Sandisk equivalent if for some reason you feel the need to stick with that particular brand. Personally I have nothing but good things to say about the Samung cards though having benchmarked them myself both on my PC and in a few different cameras, and having used them for everything from 4K video to high speed RAW+JPEG bursts.
Anyone know where can i get really cheap slow micro sd cards from?
Ebay
You can try these on ebay, 16GB for $25 and 32GB for $42. Both are fastest cards available and free shipping

Why this over Samsung microSD Pro 32GB at $29 (incl. delivery)?
Errr… be careful with memory card from Ebay. ie. this one looks dodgy.
The Samsung PRO cards looks different than what's on this item listing photo. The real Samsung PRO microsd cards are dark Grey and light grey in colour and distinctively say 'PRO' on the print on the card.
The photo in the listing of actual card is all black is NOT 'Pro' version. I think the photo is OLD version which has been updated with EVO branding in orange colour. Even tho the packaging i see say 'PRO', but the card is definitely NOT PRO.
Errr… I'd say Shopping Express is the best out there. Bought numerous stuff from them.
Seems to be superseded stock, Samsung MB-MGBGB, hence old colour scheme - comparison.
In any case the card you linked to has significantly inferior write performance. So that's your answer.
Not everyone cares of course. But deals like this are for those that do.
$8-A$10 came around a few times on EVO 32gb cards last year. Manufacturer-sponsored bargain? however would need a crystal ball to predict which days it'll fall on.
16 MB/s 57 GBph I figure should be right for huawei Y550 720P recording and perhaps my OnePlus one 4K DCI. (125 Mbps > 64.7 Mbps)
64gb version all gone.
lol
