    Has anyone else did what was required but still didn't receive the voucher?

    I and 3 other members of the family applied and none of us have received the voucher.

    I rang them up in last week and was told I am eligible and was on the distribution list. They were going to email the voucher to me again.

    I still haven't got it after a whole week…

      You could get some Headphones, a satchel bag, an activity tracker, speakers. There are a few things in the Accessories that aren't apple specific and that are under $100.

    called last week. advised that it will arrive by 13th of March.
    Called again two days ago. all of sudden advised it was sent on 5th of March. gives you 'are you sure you have checked spam box?' bs. I said 'no' and then they said it will be "resent" by yesterday.
    Still nothing. Absolutely not capable of running a promo.

      I spoke to Rabo last night - they said I'd have my voucher in 2 business days and if not, call back and they'll follow it up.

      havent transferred out the cash - forgot my secure key pin number. got to call them back when I have it infront of me to reset it. ugh.
