GarageSale is a client application for the eBay online auction system. It allows Mac OS X users to create auctions quickly using an intuitive Mac-like interface, integrates with iPhoto and offers WYSIWYG text editing.

You need to dig around and look for one that works with ebay.com.au or whatever site you use, (or buy a Mac) :+)

OR you can use third party apps - I have seen lots of listings created using Auctiva, which appears to be quite popular.
Unfortunately I don't have any experience with programs so can't comment on their functionality.
BTW, the garagesale deal has just ended and a new program has been listed.
