  Not a bad deal, I stayed there a few months back. Only two restaurants and nothing close in the area.

  It's alright for a break but I thought naithon beach was lousy, very dirty.

  The hotel is extremely hilly and they need to use cars to go everywhere, including room to pools etc (unless you are next to the pool)

    Have you stayed anywhere else at phuket - wife and 16yo son would love to go there (patong?) and shop, beach, market etc.
    no idea where to stay for mum dad and 16yo boy - we dont want to sleep together or him sleep in a rollout :) and I am flat out trying to find /search for 2 bedroom.

      This is quite far from patong beach, about 40 mins. It's certainly not the place for shopping etc, it's ideal if you want to bum around and do nothing. Patong has what you want, but it comes with the sleaze

  Not bad at all.
  From the fine print: Your return international airfares will be with either Malaysia Airline, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways or Qantas.

  seems OK. not GREAT but not bad either.

  Picked 8 nights in September (grand deluxe room) costs ~$163p/n = $1300

  $1599 twin share = $3200
  less accomodation of $1300
  = $1900 for two return flights which is around $950 per return flight

  pretty average flight price for low season (but then again its full service airline, not jetstar or tiger) but you also go the extra complimentary food massage and all that stuff.

    You have actually proved this is not so much bargain, but in fact standard prices available if booked directly, separately, by the average punter…. albeit without the massages, etc.
    I think a better bargain could be obtained elsewhere (at some stage).

  After mid March through to May it can get unbearably humid before the rains come.
  Special Songkran water blessing ceremony is in early April, about 11th.

    Without the food included this place is not feasible. There are a few small eateries 15 mins walk, but the hotel is very isolated and the menu is expensive if you have to pay for it.

    Note, food each day is a set menu where they give you 3 choices , you can top up and have buffet also

  My friend just sent me a code you can use for a discount from them XMASGIFT. He brought a cruise last week and did it in 2 separate transactions and got $100 of each. He only sent to me last night and finishes today 10th. i know its short notice but i was going to buy yesterday until he told me and did it this morning and it works. Good luck.
