  For those with a free / silver account, check your dashboard…they are offering $1 for one month of gold, which includes access to Games with Gold, and it appears that you can use your Microsoft account $$$ to purchase ;)

  Am hoping it is still available tomorrow, as I don't care for SSX (the current game with gold).

  Don't forget to cancel by the end of the month.

      Should do…I have two accounts - one which has never had gold, and one which had gold expire about 6 months ago, and it shows up on the dash for both.

        I'm just getting a resub offer for $79.95. But then, my Gold just ran out last week, so maybe it's something to do with length of expired time? I used to get the $1/month offers sometimes on the dash…

  "Games with Gold" wasn't taking me to the freebies in the small hours of NY morning - only the deals were linked. Are we going to have to start knowing in advance what game is free and searching for it to get our free game with gold now or was this a temporary glitch?
