    We have got a Mazda 323 Protege Auto 98' 1.8L and the automatic door opening key is not working now ( and its broken from attachment) please check : http://i.imgur.com/WPEwauM.jpg

    So in this case what I would have to do to get the same function (automatic door opening ) working again?

    Hi OP, I have an older style remote like the linked pic. I think it supports 10 or 20 dip switches. What would be a good replacement and maybe support at least two door frequencies? Thanks.

      Hi,

      Linear is an American brand and I've never come across these remotes in Australia. Going off the information on the link you provide it operates on 310MHz frequency. We have a remote that is able to copy up to 4 codes on that frequency. In theory it should work but we have never tested our remote on a Linear branded remote.       Hi,

      Please follow the link below. If you can take a look at the motor and let me know if your motor looks similar i.e the four little buttons which surround a small screen on one side of the motor and the various led lights in a circular shape on the other side of the motor. Your brand will be Vicway and your motor may be a different colour but if the buttons, light and shape are the same then our remote will work. If you have any questions, please let me know.

        Your referred listing says not compatible with remotes with DIP switches. Mine has 9 dip switches that are actually used.

          Yes, if you have a look at the responses from Steptoe's question as they have the same remote. If it's just for your home and for a garage we sell a receiver that will solve the issue but if you live in a complex we are unable to provide that remote.

      Unfortunately we do not stock a remote for this motor. There are key ring sized remotes available. You require a remote called Elsema Key-301. Cheapest place would be eBay.

      This remote is discontinued. We stock an upgrade receiver which allows you to use a key ring sized remote. It is very easy to install and your original remote will continue to work. If your wall control panel doesn't look exactly the same as the link below, please send through a photo of the inside of the control panel and we will make custom instructions for you.       Unfortunately Hyundai have their keys and remotes very tightly guarded and as far as I know you must get through a dealer. Sorry I couldn't help :(
