Target Limited Editions business jumper, 'silk, cotton, cashmere blend' according to the tag. Tag says $59 but display says $7 as shown in pic, and scans at $7.
Not sure if all stores or online, but appears to be part of an Xmas sale so may be.
Even the sales person was impressed with the price.
Quick, before someone writes a letter complaining how this can be used to choke people and they take it off their shelves!

It would be store specific the pricing however could be avaliable elsewhere, under the new pricing arrangements apparently all stock more than about 2 seasons ago are cleared $7 or less (most clearance clothing has been $7 or less since about June).
Not sure - to me the price label looked like a catalogue special type tag rather than a clearance tag. And it was in the business wear section rather than on a clearance rack.
I couldn't even find jumpers at my local store: Forest Hill, VIC.
I've bought a few shirts with that Limited Editions label on them from Target and I have to say I was impressed by them.
Much better than I had come to expect from Target tbh.
