Well, $15 could be a bargain if Woolworth $1 deal is not around.
You need an EDR card - need to spend your own $30 on this one.
You don't need to spend $30 at Woolworths to buy the $1 Telstra kit. Just scan your EDR card and you can buy it as $1. I just tried.

hmm, tried with an unregistered temporary paper card that I picked up in store, didn't go through.
But what about the woolies one? Surely most people can figure out a way to spend $30 at woolies (or just pick up a receipt)
