Our roastery closing hours for Christmas are Friday 19th Dec - January 5th. All coffee will be roasted and shipped by Friday 19th Dec. Any orders placed after 19th will be roasted and dispatched when we open again on the 5th Jan

Fortitude

Fortitude is one of our strong well balanced, full bodied coffee bean blend with notes of chocolate & flaunts red apple and cocoa notes. Sweet lively and bright with peach like acidity. Beautifully delicious & very refined.

Brazilian coffee can be a significant component in a roaster’s menu specially if they use it in their espresso blend. Traditionally, most espresso recipes have included Brazil due to its characteristics: low acidity, high body, creamy, caramel, and chocolate notes, with a significant amount of sweetness.
The Yellow Bourbon coffees come from Mogiana region in the state of Minas Gerais, one of Brazil’s most important coffee regions. They are estate specific coffees from farms which have made it numerous times into the Cup of Excellence auction. These coffees will be a step-up from your traditional Brazilian profile.

    Aw man, I just grabbed one of the prior deals late last night! I didn't expect to see another deal, much less a $49 one appear this week! Ah well, still looking forward to the lucky dip bags!

        Hah a, never mind. My attempts at roasting my own coffee have been roughly half/half between great/dreadful, and knowing I'm bound to be hosting family over the Christmas break I couldn't pass up the deal last night!

      Same here. I bought the $50 competition deal last night. I assumed $59 was the new baseline. Hopefully more of these deals appear in the future.

    Once you factor in the shipping cost (which is included) this is practically giving it away. A very good Christmas gift for those that need to stock up. I'm a big fan of Manna blends.

      Thanks for your order. You should get an initial confirmation of the order through Paypal when it is placed but following this the next confirmation is when the order is shipped.

      We are currently working through as quick as we can as tomorrow is our last day of business before we close down for Christmas.

      Due to the overwhelming response so close to Christmas we are currently shipping the last of Tuesdays's orders this afternoon along with the majority of yesterday's orders so the likelihood is that you'll receive confirmation of dispatch later today if you haven't already
