C'mon - this is a bargain site NOT your own free publicity, GIVE us a bargain or GO away

    • Hi Ozpete,

From my point of view, our deal is definitly a bargain. As soon as user buy more than 1 phone card, they will enjoy discount they find no where else.

Do you recongize it as a deal?

      • From my point of view, our deal is definitly a bargain.

That's obvious, because you are the store representative. And that's why with our new voting policy, store reps don't get a chance to vote on their own deal.

After all, it is up to the community to decide whether what you have provided is a deal.

Do you recongize it as a deal?

ozpete said No, and I am indifferent. Haven't used phone card since I've got VoIP…

      • Well, I'm a buyer of phone cards for my parents to call China, and while your pricing is okay, even with 15% off is not that great. For e.g. a shop in China town has $8.00 per card, 7.5 for 2-3, I think $5.5 per extra card after some ridiculous number (5 or 10x).

The mods are careful to protect their membership base from being exploited - if all phone card companies jump on with ordinary deals, well disaster! They may feel that you had sufficient exposure on the site as you had offered similar deals before and they are not well received. Maybe come back with a better deal rather than the same (not well received) deals over and over. You don't need to pay to get a listing here, all they ask is for you to offer great deals to their users too. If your cost base means you are unable to match what's in the market, bombarding this site with too many ordinary offers won't exactly help your cause…

Having said that I do appreciate your upfront honesty in pointing out some of the misleading advertising gimmicks by some of the card companies. This way we all learn something.

        • Thanks for comment. And I am thinking of better marketing strategy too. But my sourcing price is lower than 40%. Most of them are about 35-40%. Some of them are just around 25-31% profit. Some other phone cards in china town may have some ridiculous discount. But I would say most of those cards have more hidden costs. That is why we never source those phone cards.

InstantPins.com.au have moved from 3 tiers price structure to 2 tiers structure structure so that user can gain more discount with coupon codes with lower quantity.

And we are currently try to establish a site with broad range of products including game cards, tickets and others at the moment. Please feel free to comment if you think of anything is virtual and good to be sold online.

And I have extended the coupon code expire date to Wednesday. Feel free to use if you like.
