  This is unbelivable. Bought LG TV 3 days ago and chose delivery. No invoice or receipt email from TGG. No response from Webadmin team and call centre could not find my order because Webadmin team (ebay team) have not processed my ebay purchase.

    i must be lucky, i ordered from 3 different good guys stores and they all gave me a ring to let me know when things were ready for pickup, good service in my books, maybe a few people fell through the service cracks

  For the TV with an ebay item number? I know the TV and I know ebay item number. However call centre cannot track order on ebay nor Paypal payment. They know nothing about some ebay item. Webadmin team need to process ebay order to put in TGG system then I get some web order number. That's what they told me. Webadmin team can only be contacted by email and they have not replied email.

    You need to somehow show them the money deducted from your account, I would contact gg head office or try get a number from the FB Team

    I am in the same boat, what a joke, apparently there are a number of similar cases where Ebay have not passed on the transaction to the good guys team and the good guys are waiting on a reply from Ebay about the matter even though they have taken my money but wont get back to me and explain the situation. Very frustrating indeed

      Update to my case: order was processed last Thursday. That is 3 days waiting. TV was received on Friday. Unpleasant experience. Totally in contrast with purchase from Appliances Online, got confirmation email and delivery information within minutes after purchase.
