Emporium Melbourne and Secure Parking are bringing peace and joy back to the CBD this Christmas. Forget stress and hassle, because this year your Emporium Christmas includes the ease of free parking, when you book online using Secure A Spot at the below locations from 3pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

This promotion is valid from 1 – 24 December 2014. Please note that limits apply, check individual car parks for trading hours. Please contact Secure Parking’s support team on 1300 727 483 or Emporium Melbourne’s Concierge on 8609 8221 for assistance.

To book your parking

  1. Select from one of the below car parks and your preferred time, either evening parking Monday to Friday or weekend parking

  2. Select your date and time

  3. Choose Emporium Christmas Parking – please note that the $10 fee will be $0 once you enter the promotional code

  4. Register for or login to your secure parking account, including supplying your credit card details. You will not incur any costs during this transaction

  5. Follow the payment prompts and enter the promotional code to access the free parking offer, you will then be emailed your parking code

      If the Emporium Parking option doesn't show up when you select your booking times/dates, it must already be 'sold out' for the free parking on that day. Discovered that when I tried a certain date, but it was available for another. Cannot book more than 31 days in advance, FYI. Hope this helps!

        CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
        You are able to cancel a booking up to 60 minutes prior to the Entry Time of your Reservation Period by looking up your booking in the "My Current Bookings" Tool in the 'My Account" page when you are logged into Secure-a-Spot. You will incur a $1.00 cancellation fee for any booking that you cancel.
        If you have made a booking with multiple days, you can cancel your booking up to 60 minutes prior to your first booking's arrival date and time. Once the first booking's arrival date has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your booking. You can however change the arrival date of any booking in which the arrival date has not passed up to 60 minutes prior to each arrival date.
        If you have made a booking with multiple bays on the one arrival date, you cannot adjust the number of bays once the booking has been confirmed. You can adjust your arrival date up to 60 minutes prior to the arrival time of your booking.
        In the event that you require assistance for a Secure-a-Spot booking at the entry of the Secure-a-Spot car park, we recommend that you press the intercom button and speak to a highly trained SecureVision customer service operator. They will have access to the Secure-a-Spot system and will be able to verify the details of your booking and assist.

        Also, when I go to edit booking, I get this message:

        You can only edit the booking date. You cannot edit the product type or change car parks. If you cancel this booking you will incur a cancellation fee.

        Er, that's booking between the 1st and 24th. You think they're going to offer free parking during a 3 week period when most people are still working?? The title says "Christmas parking" - Christmas occurs on only 1 day. My comment still stands.

    OK so this is probably a stupid question but for weekend parking do you need to have an exact time you will be arriving? If I pick 10.30am can I turn up at 11.30 or do I have to be there at the time I booked?
