Yeah just finished it the other day.
The only problem is the 'latch piece' holding the closed house together just seems to fall off when I open it up rather than unlatching.

My sister got me this set. It's a pretty amazing build. The final size is impressive. Unfortunately the sails hide all the incredible framework you have to make. But that's a minor gripe.
Thoroughly recommended. And that's a very good price.
Now I've just got to start saving some money to get that Lego Batman Tumbler…
