It looks like the Terms and Conditions say that "Limit of one promotion code per booking", so it doesn't look good…
What about using hotelclub.com/visa for 15% off and then using one "code"?
can't find anywhere to input codes using the visa site.

edit: nvm, got it working but seems like you cannot stack codes and limited to a handful of hotels only
