You need to complete both 2 survey, roughly 1 - 2 min each and get $5 for each survey added to your account immediately. Not sure when survey expire.
Shipping is quite high so I don't really feel like you get anything free
These are the same company that cancelled all our orders and told us all sorts of stories why the wouldn't deliver
This credit will expire on 17/12/2014.
Noticed my other credits have expired. Not worth the trouble for $5 credits as shipping easily kills it.
