You have to be firm with DWI. I sent my first G3 back as it would randomly shut off without my input. Their "technician" claimed nothing was wrong with it. I emailed back saying I'd open a Paypal dispute and within a few hours I got an email saying that they would process a refund for me.
They appear to be extremely dodgy regarding this area. I received my product DOA and after sending photos in, their "technician" claimed that this was "not of natural cause" and was due to physical impact (they pretty much accused me of dropping it). I sent in the box, saying it is in perfect condition, and that i had contacted the manufacturer (apple) who said that this was a manufacturer defect and warrants a refund/exchange for a new (not refurbished) replacement. I couldn't do it at the Australian apple store however because it had to be brought back to the point of purchase - DWI.
After a huge tussle with me saying again and again i would lodge a paypal dispute, they decided to stop contacting me altogether when i finally did (because they wouldn't reach a resolution with me). I have a paypal claim that is still in the process, but fingers crossed it will be successful!

One very annoying thing with the phone. When you put it on charging it constantly gives notification. Do is vibrating and make the beep.
Anyone know how to turn that off? Obviously can put on silent but that's not sustainable. I'd I had to do it everyone I had to charge phone
Great phone, I missed the last DWI offer so ordered off t-dimension instead. Currently they have it for $527.46 however you can save up to $14 by buying a $20 coupon for $15, and email them asking for a discount (they gave me $5 off). Then when you get the phone you post a review to get another $4 off which makes it almost the same price as this deal. Theres also another rebate for liking and tagging them on facebook but I do not know if you can have both rebates however I've done both and waiting for the refund. Got mine delivered in 3 days.
This phone is dropping in process quickly. Very good budget flagship. I paid $589 2 months worth every cent
