Yes, i too will never buy from these clowns for not so much not honoring their mistakes but their condescending tone of communications that followed. It seems that they should have given a simple $10 or $20 credit to everyone who got shafted last time around. Instead they now have a horde of people in their database who will never buy again!

BE ALERT: big w online now has becoming ezibuy!! bought few items at big w online, received the package today but the invoice is from ezibuy. double check the order and if you want refund you have to deal with ezibuy and they will deduct $6.50 for return postage fee (and I bought item costing $7 only).
big w will help the return process but not the refund process.

I had a legit code last time from their magazine they sent out and they rejected my order and would not let me use the code.

Am 99% certain Ezibuy sell fake cotton products IE cotton sheets are poly/cotton mix and shit quality.
Ezibuy completely sucks.even target now has better quality imo, with better price too
Woolworths obviously spent too much money to acquire Ezibuy. For $306m, they can setup an online site here to save them heaps of money. Bad management decision.
