Pretty terrible reviews in general. I have been there without a voucher and they ripped me off. With a voucher, the experience was … well… ok, I guess, a car wash is a car wash…

you know what I did? always check the company's website first before committing to buy any deal, from ANY deal websites.
the same as hotel promo from hotels.com, booking.com, webjet or whatever just make sure you go to the hotel website and make dummy booking to compare prices
i learned the hard way, was quick to pull a trigger on something that had an amazing deal on the voucher. When i checked the website, the 'deal' price was almost the same as the standard pricing… the price listed as the 'standard' price was so inflated to make it sound like a good deal.
I just came back from Maya, the food is consistently good.
