I got the PS3 model & love using it on my pc. Wanted to upgrade to this. $80 is a great price. I missed the deal.

Anyone know how these compare to the PS3 Pulse headphones? I was looking to upgrade my first gen PS3 headphones to the Pulse, but I don't know what the difference is with the PS4 one.
I think the general build of the new one is better but the usb adapter is more versatile on the pulse. THe Sony Pulse has a 3.5mm jack where you can plug an audio source into the usb and and that'll transmit wireless to your headphones.
It's a shame they never carried this over as the usb stick looks just as big.
