IMO I prefer it this way. When it used to be a free for all there were idiots making a mess at the machine, most flavours getting used up really quickly so not everyone got one in the end - or was able to enjoy it. I would rather pay the $2 and get one on any other day tbh

Fuel normally has a minimum of 2L. Still not a bad suggestion, it's one of the few things that 7eleven will be close to the cheapest supplier for. All other items will be priced at convenience store levels, ie. twice as much as a supermarket.

Cheapest you can buy is 20c (lolly). Note that this offer is per transaction. So for example if you are buying 2 items, make two transactions and you can get 2 slurpee/coffee.
The reason they say MOST transaction is because it excludes all tobacco related products.
How abt fuel?
I own a non-fuel store so i cant be a 100% sure, but i cant see why not. They told us any transaction except tobacco related.

The 7 eleven Facebook page is saying 20c for the chuppa chups, not 60c
