It's been a while.. and they have been offering EVENT cinemas stuff, but they're back!

inb4notadeal -> You can scavenge labels off mates, family, colleagues or the bin if that's the way you're inclined.

They are not listed on the catalog but you are able to redeem them via the above link.

Expiry is 31/01/15 but the expiry on the one I received in the email is 28 FEBRUARY 2015.

your popcorn's probably stale by now then!

Awesome, had 90 points, went out on the streets and found a bottle in the gutter.
Now I have enough for a free movie ticket :-)

    • you should get an award !

      • Why, there should be a survey you can do for 10 points.

    • +8

I have 750 points and ive never bought a bottle of Coke.

They have all been scavenged from the streets

      • In the past I have found some in food courts of shopping centers as well :-)

      • What about the free drink with the quick-tap card? Same as BurnZ I hadn't received a card, sent them an email. I finally got the card and also had two extra credits, so was able to get 3 codes without any scavenging required.

        • Missed out on the quick tap card as there wasn't a vendor machine nearby,.,

      • man, i got paid to scavenge coke bottles. best job ever.

      • Recycling Coke labels is good for the environment

        • Even better for Coke, as we hide the fact how many of their bottles are littering the environment.

  • Also $10 JB gift cards.

thank you, got 3 (I don't even drink soft drink)

  • Outstanding, 3 tickets in the bag (would've been 4, but no more points).

  • +1

    Tickets for Interstellar sorted out.

  • Nice!
How did you find out about this?
    And don't answer with wouldntyaliketoknow!

Does anybody know what the Mystery Reward is?

    • +2

I wondered that too a few days ago - in the past it was a cosmetics bag, and a $30 freedom voucher. Dunno if it has changed.

      • Pretty sure you're right, the Freedom vouchers that were on there till a few days ago had an expiry date of November 2014 so they're probably keen to offload!

      • I got mine today…my god such a waste of time and effort. I got some shitty metal coke hook…..that was it

Awesome! No limit this time! Got 6!

    • Serious?

Please note: There is a limit of 4 redemptions per person for the availability of this Reward.

      • I think mykii is either taking out their arse, or perhaps they didn't claim 4 last time and therefore may be able to claim more this time.

Definitely a limit of 4 per account for me (and the wife who also claimed 4 without even knowing it)

Edit: and no + vote even though you managed to get 6?

        • He could be using 2 account but considering how he said "No limit this time" it would be safe to assume he/she is talking out of his/her arse.

Love these! One label short of getting a 2nd ticket though.
EDIT: Melbourne's litterers have saved me.

  • Can someone pm a code, 10 more points for another ticket!

    • +2

      check your pm mate.

      • Thanks hal9000!

        great, thanks

  • Sweet, thanks OP! How did you find this one? I search for "hoyts" and no results?

  • Neone wanna trade 2 labels for a diet coke label?

  • Ty ken…… I just got mystery prize…said they will send to my address but no idea what it is

  • +7

I picked up a bottle from the bin before, life has reached a new low.

  • are they still available? I cannot see them…

    • They are not listed on the catalog but you are able to redeem them via the above link.
Expiry is 31/01/15 but the expiry on the one I received in the email is 28 FEBRUARY 2015.

  • I redeemed my points for 1 ticket, and got the email but it was missing the ticket attachment. :( Anybody else experience this?

    • There will be 2 emails, one from coke reward another one from Hoyts containing the voucher.

Also if it is your first time getting the ticket you might have to wait 2-3 days for the voucher to come.

If you have already redeem before, the voucher come instantly.

      • Thanks prophet

The two emails did arrive, but the one declaring that the tickets were attached had no attachments. :( It is the first time I've redeemed one though.

        • I had this exact problem over two batches of hoyts tickets from coke (one early 2014, one mid 2014). It was with a gmail account. I have since "ditched" that coke rewards account, and set up a new one that i use instead, also with a gmail account, and have no problems anymore.

Coke told me there was no way to fix it - they weren't doing anything different at their end that was causing the problem.

HOWEVER, the good news is that if you contact them through their facebook page and provide the relevant transaction details, they can manually fix it up for you and send out the tickets.

  • Need 5 points can anyone spare a code?

    • Turn on your PMs.

  • Can someone also PM me 2 codes? Just short on a double pass.

    • PM Sent

  • I am 5 points short in claiming the 2nd tix. Please help!

        Thank you :)

  • and they have been offering EVENT cinemas stuff

What EVENT cinema stuff? Coke Rewards have EVENT cinema vouchers there or are you referring to the $8 tickets?

  • Thanks. just got five across my five accounts. Very tempted to make a 6th one as well. :-)

FYI, for those people having trouble FINDING the Hoyts voucher deal. There is some sort of bug with the site as you cannot actually search or find it (maybe it was my Firefox browser) but whatever the case, just click on the link from the OP and it will go directly to the 95 point Hoyts ticket deal.

Ignore those other Event cinema deals etc.

    • Just curious, why the need for a sixth account when you can get 4 tickets per account, or do you have that many labels each week.

      • You can only enter 10 codes a week and I maintain a bare minimum in my accounts just to prevent it from resetting.

        • Makes sense

  • Gone already? Or am I just not seeing them because I got the full quota last time?

Nevermind, it worked, but only through OP's link. They don't seem to be visible on the normal site using Chrome.

  • Thank you big time OP, have been waiting for tix for ages as last few times all gone. Hooray!

  • Thanks, I had 130 points, I thought I'd never use them.

  • Does anyone have two spare codes please? Thinking of going to the movies tonight.

  • Dtox, give me ur email address.

  • I suspect this was loaded into the system awhile go as I saw the Hoyts tickets about a month ago on most wanted rewards and went to try find them but couldn't.

  • 2 codes needed for my first reward if anyone has spares :)

  • awesome

  • Guys, how can I redeem the hoyts tickets online? It comes up as 3D voucher, but I'm trying to book for "interstellar" which is not 3D.

    • You can use it for 3d but you should still be able to book a normal movie. What happens when you try to proceed with the booking?

      • I chose 1 adult ticket and then add the voucher, but it comes up as 3D voucher. The standard adult price of 22$ stays there along with booking fee of 1.10$.

        • Not sure what went wrong there as the movie is not a 3D afaik. I usually present the printer voucher at the cinema itself as I don't want to pay the $1.50. Did you enter in the voucher code properly? Maybe it was incorrectly entered?

        • @danielh:

No, the code was correct. The session is XtremeScreen, is that the problem?

        • +1

Hmmm, no. One of the benefits of the Hoyts ones are that they are good for any movie type up to 3D (which is why I usually only use them for XTreemescreen or 3D movies - Bean bag as well).

I'd chalk it up to some weird online problem and just go and just physically get the movie tickets.

  • thanks couldnt find the deal online but the link above is still good cheers

    • Damn, I reckon the reason why it is still around after all this time is because only a few people in the know can access it.

I'm tempted to get more but I got 7 that run out at the end of Jan and 5 from this run. On top of that I have about 40 Hoyts ones from the $2 Chadstone (VIC) closing deal.

  • +1

will have to buy some 2l Diet Coke tomorrow from Coles and claim some more. Love these vouches because they include 3D and Xtremescreen
