  I just bought a Canon 600D for $491.00, is it most likely the order will be cancelled?

  Bought an eos 100d from Myer the other day and that got order cancelled so not sure if I'm wasting my time here.

    You should try and get some other members who buy anything after your post to let you know their time of purchase on this thread (and then later on whether they received it). That way if DSE cancel your order with the first 500 customers clause as their excuse, then we can see if they are pulling a fast one and you may be able to take it further with fair trading or something.

    Edit: However they also state for that item "Low Stock: Stock allocated on a first in first served basis" So, they have several excuses to cancel which would be hard to prove from your end unless you knew of someone else that ordered the same product after you, but for full price.

    Weird that they dont mention the kit lens, even though its shown in the image. I would assume it comes with lens and not just body only, but I think I would be taking a screenshot of the page if I were you just in case.

      I didn't even see that there was no lens in the description, thought the image meant there was a lens included!

      I had to choose a store in Brisbane to pick up because there was none in stock and no delivery option, so it might cost more in petrol and time to pick up than the discount is worth.

      Thanks for the tip, would be good if anyone else posted as well, I bought the item about 15 minutes before I posted.

  They don't cancel orders for customer 501 and onwards, they just disable the promo code.

  Currently promo code not working…

    WOAH20 is working for the Kindle I just checked, perhaps you are looking at a product that is not included in the promo? Unless they revived the codes again today.
