You are right. Missed the handling fee. Handling fee of 4.95 is per order so it seems that you could get 2 for 63.25 (31.65 each). Still pretty good though.
Yes, agreed! :)
good stuff…
Great deal although dont like it when a retail store will charge a handling fee for pickup 4.95 + 29.15 to pick up . Should be free pick up
The deal states online only. Not sure if the store would match the price of 29.15 with no handling charges (as they should!!).
Sure it does, then they let you pick it up at a store for $4.95 as they are a retail chain makes me wonder what they are encouraging
The postage comes up at $30.90 for me and tried to order 2 sets but no free postage :(
Yeah, it seems if you live outside of the capital city delivery network the postage isn't free, and infact is very expensive.
Here in Syd it is $4.95 handling, and delivery before 4pm today. Quick service.
Nice
0 Quantity available, cannot proceed to checkout.
Anyone know if the local officeworks would 'match' it?
SOLD OUT - All gone!
*This item is unavailable for backorder.
Not sure if in store will match it….big price difference. They usually set there instore microsoft prices at full retail, which in this case is AUD$129.95.
Confirmed with Officeworks HQ. There are all gone!!!
It didn't say sold out when I ordered mine (in the last 10 minutes).
When users proceed to checkout, a unit is removed from the inventory for a limited period (say 10 mins). If the buyer doesn't proceed with the purchase then they are released back into inventory. You must have picked one up that was re-released back to inventory.
Brilliant deal while it lasted. I missed out though :(
Tried to order some earlier and had the same problem. Rang their customer service and was told they only had stock in NSW. As I was ordering from WA, they said that I could not get one as they will only ship within the state that has stock. A bit misleading on their website.
Nice keyboard, I have the Laser Desktop 6000 from the cashback ages ago, good keyboard.
Has some issues with a certain game I play and how many buttons it registers pushed at once but no big issue. Really easy to type on and very comfortable. I'm sure the ergonomics are doing my wrists some good too.
The mouse is nice but I dislike the scroll wheel.
Either way, $29.15 is a bargain for the next model up.
In WA, ordered 4 of them ard 9 am this morning and received all 4 of them at 4 pm … thanks to gevidian and OW !!!!!!!! GREAT DEAL +1 +1 +1
yes i ordered my 2 and got them 2 hours later! good post~
Missed it :(
Seems to be still available!
I'm thinking of buying these but as i am in need of earphones/headphones i thought i would get some from there so i can qualify for free delivery. I'm thinking of getting these TDK EB-300 what do you guys think? Otherwise i will just buy a 4 pack of rechargeable batteries.
edit: nvm just asked a mate and he told me these are likely to interfere with my wireless connection.:/
Just checked on line: after delivery and handling fees the total price comes to $39.55 (for Sydney).
Kind of weird. shows availability and allows to add to the shopping cart. But once you register, login and try to order it shows 0 availability.Great find, Gevidian!
Might be a little off-topic here, but I'm really looking at getting the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000 Keyboard/Mouse Bundle, with that really nice ergonomic mouse… it's retailing at $149 on their website, just wondering if anyone owns one of those and if they really work, and who's sellin' them cheap. Just in case someone wants to share info. :P
How long does it take for the mouse to charge initially? Mine's been charging for the past 2 hours yet the red light is still flashing.
Red light flashing meaning it's not charging.
If you look closely in the battery compartment there's a tab in the middle to detect if the battery is there or not. It's either the battery is too skinny or the compartment is too big, most of the time the tab doesn't get pressed down even though the battery is firmly in place.
It's simple to fix, just wrap something around the battery to make it thicker so that the tab is pressed down. You should see a green flashing light when it's charging.
Thanks - this seems to have sorted it out.
I wonder if you walked into a office work store if they would price match it :)
damn… missed out - anyone know if there is still a way to get in on this? I can get delivery to Sydney and Melbourne…
A bargain I guess, but I'm pretty disappointed in the product. The middle mouse button takes a lot of force to click and seems unresponsive.
The right Windows key is for some Expose knock-off. But that would be ok if you could map it back to being a Windows key, which you can't!
Nice Find.
The postage however is $10.40 ($5.45 for postage and $4.95 for handling).
