Postage is quite cheap, good deal for older folk who won't distinguish the difference between low-res and higher res. I wouldn't buy it because of the res, but I would use it as a gift.
Screen resolution very ordinary for such a big screen IMO for 2009 standards. Maybe a gift for grandma whom cannot see.
It's probably worth noting that is is a low res frame 480x234 pixels(as most are at this price point), so up close you will likely get a "flyscreen effect" to your photos.
There is no way this product whould ever have sold for the quoted RRP of $229 …. not in the last 2 years at least.
If you want picture quality the same as your computer LCD screen you would need to invest in a frame with a 800x480 pixel resolution.
