We got one for Christmas and it already had a seam undone. Obviously didn't find out until after we set it up. The company didn't care to help us when I emailed them. We got it in the toy sales and since it was so long after we opened it we didn't keep the receipt + we used it as best as we could that day. So just check you keep your receipt
