    So, you can also use Kmart, Coles, etc.

    No need for a credit card!

    Be careful of topping up online for VirginPrepaid in case you need to spend $80 in order to unlock your phone. They have an bug in the website where it will only record the latest recharge you have done. So, even if you have recharged 4 times for $20. Their system shows up $20 in recharge history instead of $80. I had the issue and it was the hardest thing for me to explain this to the customer representative that I have made calls over $80 if he had a look in the call usage eventhough their system only show I had recharged $50. One of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced amongst telecom industry.
