    Emerets are cheap to fly but there service was not up to scratch. Last time I flew with them to Christchurch NZ.

    • The screen wasn't working on one of my parents seats
    • the meals ran out and everybody at the rear of the plane including me got stuck with some spicy thai noodle dish. Especialy the family behind us with the small kid why never got the preordered meal they had requested.
    • the red wine was really cold
    • and the coffee was realy bad.

      I've had flights on Malaysia, Thai, Lufthansa, Air Canada, Singapore and Qantas where the screens have not been working - Must mean their service is not upto scratch as well.

      Meals running out happen its just a fact of life although poor form on the pre-ordered meal not being delivered if thats true.

      Red wine really cold? Wow ok ill leave that one alone

      Coffee really bad - Please enlighten us as to when airplane coffee was actually any good?
