Res is pretty low for a 18 inch monitor but the webcam makes it a pretty good deal.
Price at the time of writing is $169.
Shipping to Melbourne is $28.4.
Even at $139 + shipping, it's not that great of a deal.
FYI: when MS has 25-30% cashback on hardware, their webcams can be had for dirt cheap.
you cannot compare something that has been expired ages ago and the cash back is from RRP price. $30 off from $169 is 20% off plus free webcam VX1000 cheapest is $29. so do your math :)
