Guys i rang the customer service to cancel my order and they said to me to just refuse the delivery. I wasn't really happy with the outcome from them. So, i rang the sales and upgrading department to cancel my oder. They were very helpful and willing to cancel my order by send a request to virgin warehouse to stop my delivery. I jus had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes when the guys was doing my cancelation. Now my order is canceled.

Please post which no you called to get the order cancelled. I called on 1300 306 787 and just got told to refuse delivery.
I just did it call 1300 555 100 and select 1,1,3, provide the number and go from there
Thanks I cancelled my order. incase if warehouse already despatched. i am asked to refuse it. and it is no cost to us as per the contact centre.
Weird she saying ps4 winners selected randomly. knowledge of CS differs from person to person @ VM.

Probably like any other phone company they have multiple call centres run by multiple businesses…. Info is rarely consistent anywhere.
Got my order confirmation at 11:26am, approved in the afternoon
so far didnt hear anything regarding PS4 nor shipment…… quite disappointing

I'm reading here a lot of people saying they've gotten confirmation of being approved with the credit check. Do they send an email or something letting you know? I only got an order confirmation and haven't received anything since. I rang them up yesterday asking and they said my order had gone through and nothing else.
I didn't receive anything about my credit check being successful, but still got the SMS re: being one of the lucky 100 to get a PS4.
I'm pretty sad I missed out on the PS4, but I genuinely need a new phone and am crazy excited to get this. The lack of information on their end is just making me nervous.

Which plan did you opt mate?
$40 plan with $15 repayment = $55 - I should have gone for the $30 with $20 repayment - i rarely make calls only to other virgin phones ( calls are free)
Has anyone got an Update/Confirmation/Delivery on their Z3 orders. Spoke to them and they have no clue on the estimated delivery of the order.
Even though I cancelled the order I received a sms today saying order processed and will arrive by mid next week, need to refuse the delivery, more pain :-(

Just got the confirmation email(today6.10am)to say it was on it way (phone) - but doesn't show up in tracking. I assume it will arrive over the next few days.
Check your junkmail? Mine was caught there from Sunday although other virgin emails were not caught.
As an upgrading user, my account already shows the new plan as being active
Yup, I also got tracking email 6am on the 12th but still nothing showing on StarTrack. I've just this minute spoken to customer service and they said there is a problem with the web tracking and that my phone was actually dispatched yesterday so should be with me either today or tomorrow. Here's hoping!

I'm in Sydney. Got an email on Saturday saying it was on its way and it arrived early Monday morning. Hope everyone gets theirs soon. It's honestly a beautiful piece of tech.
can anyone confirm if the PS4 came by star track as well? I got the Ps4 order number but doesnt show up on the startrack site, so not sure if its same courier or not

my ps4 arrived by toll (today) - phone is at a local depot ready for delivery.
Crop phones with auspost will have to collect it there.. Ps4 came from toll
Both of mine tried to get delivered today, but I wasn't home :( Seems that the phone's with StarTrack and the PS4 is with Toll.

That is because Virgin mobiles in Australia was overtaken by optus.
