Exclude pre-orders
As the exclusions and other topic says "no game preorders". So change title to FIFA and Destiny only.
Also its NBA2k15 for that price, not 14.EDIT: Also it works on Destiny Xbox One, as Suicine's documented PS bias omits.
And it doesn't work on FIFA PS4.
Pre-orders are excluded so you should change the title to PS4 FIFA15 $53

Until and unless you can find an active catalogue which advertises $10 off for pre-orders against that game, emailing/contacting DSE will not get you your $10 back.

Not sure who negged you. Anyways, he said they are processing the refund, but no confirmation on actually getting it reversed.
Last time I submitted a request, they asked for all the proof and then said, "we will be sending it to the refunds team to authenticate and process". So it's possible wem77 interpreted that as confirmed refund, however there's still the 'Authenticate' part which needs to be done.
If it can get a $10 off then brilliant :)

As long as you can give them 'some' proof that they advertised publicly of a $10 pre-order credit. (Be it website screenshot, catalogue, email, etc) they will honour it. - That's what they asked me for when I filed for Destiny pre-order's $10.Either the game needs to say that. (Most of the time there's a small blue icon which says save $10 when you pre-order), or it should read '$10 off for all game pre-orders'.
