Did you choose NEXT Items, as that will have a delivery fee as it's shipped from the UK to Ezibuy, and then on to you. Otherwise, it should have an option to choose Click and Collect (as well as Express Shipping) options
kasumi, I was using my phone to order, so no click and collect options were available. Switched to desktop, and it was there.

I created a new account as well but no first delivery free.
I ordered on mobile & there was no collect option - charged for delivery :-(
So I rang, explained, they did not realise that issue, made a note on my account to refund delivery when order is processed.
And after ordered, got email offering free delivery on next order within 7 days. So 2 free deliveries :-)

If you pay with PayPal, aren't you directed to a paypal.com domain? Can't you see the amount being paid?

If paypal showed $1 and charged more than raise it with paypal. Since you have evidence, they'll credit your account back.

Looks like you are confused. That's the page which you see before you make the payment.
Plus i did paypan payment just now for this deal and it deducted $3. There is something wrong the way you processed your order…

After I rang Ezibuy, they said they know I put in coupon but it was for people who apparently signed up between 1-15 September 2014 and they removed coupon application
They said only thin I could do was return items and they will refund the whole amount, less $6.50 admin fee

Well, there's two things here.
1) something went wrong with your order and of course that should be rectified, I am sure if you persist exactly that will eventually happen
2) you wrote "they will dishonour it all" - that is trolling. I don't see any evidence for that. I have an order confirmation and nothing else since - no attempt to cancel anything. Looking at their T&C they actually can't cancel at at this stage, they specifically state that confirmed orders can't be cancelled. While they probably wrote that with customer cancellations in mind, it does not say so, so they got themselves locked in too.

One word of caution before you buy. If the item has been sold out AFTER you've made the purchase, you'll be charged for the 2nd item (If you've bougfht 2nd one as a filler). See following comment

In these cases, I would recommend using their live chat option. It's likely they will give you a reply paid address to send back the unwanted items.
…and if you have picked up the items, but don't want it, you can mail it back to them - at the price of $6.50.
May as well keep the unwanted item instead.
