EziBuy $30 Voucher with Free Click and Collect

Ezibuy just sends out this voucher to my mail box. Apparently it is not a targeted voucher, I used it twice with my partner account. Could be pick up from Big W store so save money on delivery.

I got some cushions, had good reviews on them

Minimum is 30+ ( I put a face cloth in to make it go above the requirement)

          Mine doesn't show in the order history. I think it's normal until they process the orders then it should appear in the order history.

      They should not be cancelling orders, however, there are MANY items that are 'delayed' for delivery/collecting and therefore you are put on a 'wait list' - means you probably won't get the item

      It's seem that most of the cheap filler are sold out and we might not be getting them at all since they do not have enough stock to fulfill them.

      I didn't really want the face cloth, a little bit disappoint as the heat pack seem pretty cool.

      Can't really complain since i got a pretty cool looking fishing kit for less than $3.

    Nice, ordered a pirate ship pool thing for my nephew for Christmas, came to $39.99 with click and collect. Dunno if it's any good, but for $40 I'm willing to take a punt as he loves water.

    Edit: tried again and it worked. False alarm. Added the wash cloth, so I'll see what happens.

    Funny thing is i just came back from Woolworths. On My way back, i found 3 ezibuy catalogs that were mailed to my neighbors in my block of units in the junk mail box. And surprise surprise, each one had a $20 ezibuy unique code with free shipping. I also recieved a code today by mail for $20. Thats 4 $20 codes.

      Well you don't get charged until the order gets processed so no sweat either way. If order gets cancelled you could think of it you saved money. :)

    It's a pity that click and collect isn't available at every Big W/Woolworths store. No location available any where here in central QLD. Only choice is home delivery at $9.90.

  • In my order confirmation email, my customer number is empty? Anyone else get this?
    Nothing shows up on my history page. Plus my credit card account was debit $1 when my total purchase cost was $4.

    Has it stopped working, or buggy?
    Anyone experience the above?

      Yep the customer number was also empty on the order confirmation email that i got. And nothing showed in the order history until the order was processed. The actual order processed email shows the customer number and order number.

      • Was your card debited the right amount? Or $1 like mine?

        How long did it take to process? I just submitted it soon after midnight, so i would think it will be processed in morning?

        • Just checked and mine was debited the right amount.

          Order confirmation email came at 9:05pm and the order processed email came through at 11:48pm.

    Deal Is Over!
    Be warned…..I applied coupon at checkout and put credit card details and all looks fiune unitl……at end page when payment is processed they removed the discount and end up charging the FULL PAYMENT on the card in the print out of $36 instead of $6, removing the discount automatically??
    Now I do not how to cancel as there appears to be no cancellation on the web site and refunding will cost $6.50 so I think I got rip off instead of a discount?

    I note there is no order history when I log in so maybe it had not been processed or not gone through yet as per email they are checking stock; Credit card seems to indicate only $2 payments so far, so have to wait and see how much they end up charging on the card I guess…

    • One thing I noticed in my missing order is that I didn't get that email after placing order which my brother got. Did you get it or not?

  • Placed order around 9PM last night but its not showing up in order history.
    Took a screenshot of order I placed (but the screenshot just shows the couple of items I bought and Subtotal (excluding delivery) and there is no order number on it :(

    Looking at PayPal transaction details it still shows "Status: Pending"

    Any one with same observations with their order(s)?

    Great deal. All 3 of my orders have been processed. The terms say once per customer it doesn't say any thing about once per person. It means the code only works once on an account. Each account is a customer.

  • My order has been processed, received a customer number and order number. Paypal still says pending

    • Must be different for Paypal. My Mastercard debit was charged immediately when the order got processed.

    did anyone get the same where the keyboard is "sold out" and the 2nd item is for $1 or less and paypal charged the $1?

    • Same. Ordered 2 items. 2nd item was sold out.

      When order was placed, they charged $1.
      Then when order confirmation came through, the order said 2nd item sold out. 1st item price = $1.88.
      And they charged me another $1.88.

      So total of $2.88 - which is technically odd - as the Order history says total cost = $1.88.
      So they took $1 more!!

    • Same happened to me. Charged 1.51 for the 2nd item. Original item sold out

      Edit. The extra $1 will be charged back. This is a standard practice by many companies to see if your card works. I'm charged that too. Spoke to my credit card provider and they said the same

    Selling me products that are out of stock is NOT a good way to entice me to use their site.

    • Not contacting customers about it & refusing to cancel the incomplete orders doesn't help matters either…I got it sorted after a live chat AND phone conversation with customer service, but a lot of dicking around for a simple transaction.

      Never again…Ezibuy will never see a dollar from me!

        They must be inundated with orders though. 7892 clicks just on ozbargain in less than 24hrs that would be a lot of orders to process.

          I actually asked the customer service person if they had many people calling to cancel orders…she said no, which surprised me, given that the online chat staff are literally telling people that cancelling is impossible.

          The upshot is that I've never had a retailer simply proceed with a partial order that could never be wholly fulfilled without at least attempting to contact the customer & ask for confirmation/direction first…it just reeks of piss poor business practice to me. Inundated or not, I expect a little more professionalism.

          They said that if they don't catch it quickly enough, they will have to do some dodgy freepost return thing with BigW blah, blah…I kinda tuned out at that point coz it all sounded like pissweak excuses, so I just pressed the issue & they said they would work it out on their end & email me confirmation of cancellation by CoB today.

    • Same here. Does this mean we don't get it, even though we ordered it? My invoice says sold it and 2nd item now 0.44, even though it was $7.00. I paid $2.00 (32-2), and now they want to and have charged me 0.44 thru paypal. WTF ???

    • I didn't get that email. I paid through credit card instead of Paypal if it has any thing to do with it. I don't know.

      Order status says complete. Looks like it does pay to order early.

      Did you pay via paypal? If yes, just send them an email saying it displayed $4 or amount u saw and it charged you $50 or amount you are actually charged…

        • yes. During ebay sale i used code CTHANKS to buy something and PP displayed 0.00 and it deducted some amount. i raised it via pp and exchanged few emails and they refunded me even though it was small amount.

          But dont neg deal if you are unable use it.

          Removed the neg - actually I put up neg as this deal was for very limited ppl only. Many got charged full even with discount showing. many got their order cancelled. But guess you r right, for at least some it worked.

    • Order "Status : Shipped" meaning ready to pickup from nominated store? or it just dispatched from their warehouse to the store?

    • I picked up my previous order Ezibuy from Big W yesterday. SMS or Email, either of them are fine. Carry your license or id card with photo on it.

      • beware that store your License/photo id number on their system

        i refused and gave them my work id and told them they are violating privacy laws

        • They did not when i picked up my order. They just check if name is correct on id and on order. Thats it.
