Just added on the Club Nintendo website. Similar amount to the cleaning cloth and shoe laces, definitely worth it in comparison.
If the coke rewards points are a deal I can't see a reason why this wouldn't be.
Because the Coke Rewards actually has deals, this is an item that will remain this price for the foreseeable future. It's not a bargain.

You can get the Smash Bros soundtrack for free if you register both the Wii U and 3DS version.
