Grazing Kogan site today and I came across this.

Anyone know anything about it? How do these specs compare?
Intel NAND flash
Maximum sequential read rate of 460 Mb/s
Maximum sequential write rate of 320 Mb/s
Random Read: 70000 IOPS
Random Write: 60000 IOPS
I'd say go with something more well-known.
Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB can be found for ~$130 (even $115 recently). It's TLC, which has a shorter life on paper, but lasts quite long anyway (with decent overprovisioning). The MLC 840 Pro is a bit more, around $180.
Transcend 256 GB, around $130 again. Decent review. (supposedly the same controller the Kogan one uses, but Transcend also uses JMicron flash)
Crucial MX100 256 GB, again $130. Good review.
Intel flash is generally considered good, but I'm not sure how much I trust Kogan on this.
