No cables are not all the same. But they are a lot more similar than cars are!
These are some random brand 'iHave' and they wont even claim their AWG (see below)
Sorry I dont think paying 13 times the price of a cable you are going to get something 13 time better. Maybe they are better but in the mean time I will happily throw out my $1 cables every few months until at least they have stated the cable grade!
