I bought a different model from their ebay store which should be entitled to $100 cash back but it tells me my docket number is invalid? Hoping it's just because it has not been delivered yet?

Just bought a TV from them via eBay. I called the store which was processing my order. I've been told they don't refund shipping on pickup anymore. Worth noting as this wasn't the case previously.
