    Does this one have Google Play? Or is it just that 1mobile stuff?

    Does anyone know the model? It would be nice to know if this is one of the rootable ones (or even a full custom ROM).

    Are you sure? There are two almost identical models (if not more). I have one and it has Google play, but it has no Bluetooth. I have also used the model with Bluetooth and it does not have Google play.

      Doesn't that mean Google Play?

      Has anyone bought this unit specifically from Target and can confirm please? Without Google Play it is quite a dud IMHO. All those custom-made app markets are quite lame IMHO (except the one from Amazon maybe)

    The 8" one I got from the Coles bargain connects OK, but neither WINXP or Mint 13 can see the internal memory or sd card. Pendo states that MTP drivers don't need installing. XP disagrees.

    It's not a deal breaker for my $49 tablet, but would be straight back at this price.

    On the plus side, the 8" at least drives HDMI Full HD happily, and it will charge via the USB as well as the charge port.

        My brother successfully rooted this tab and got Google Play on it but I can't remember where he found the instructions.

        It can be done though
