Last evening went to Dockland Rebel to use my Herald Sun gift card. It was a lucky day. There was a notice in the front, everything 50% off marked in white. Then selected some shoes marks in orange color, at the counter everything thing came up 50% off. Then I bought more stuff and them also came 50% off. It was a good deal. I am sorry, I couldn't take any photos of the notices. If you are in any doubt, please call them before going.
Most likely not, looks to be store specific, if it was 50% off nationwide, you'd hear about it in ads.
Call your local store and ask if you want to check. Best time to call is 9am-12pm or 2pm and after when the stores quieten down.

Just rang them, Docklands is an outlet store so they have limited sizes and stock luckily i called because they didn't have the few things i was after
Luckily they had my size in gel noosa tri 9, came to $60 after the gift card
