    2 espressos and 2 lattes a day during the week, and double that on weekends.

    Breville Smart Grinder set for standard amount of coffee, and it goes pretty quickly.

    More suited to milk based but I'm sure you'd still enjoy them. I do have some incredibly good new cofffes for pour over though. Here's a few

    Kenya Wamuguma
    Kenya Yara
    Kenya Asali
    Nicaragua Finca Escondida Honey
    Ethiopia Guji Sidamo Berta OCR naturals
    Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Dumerso Grade 1
    Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere Grade 1

    These would all require an individual small batch roast for you though and would be roasted lighter for pour over. For this reason they would need to be ordered through the standard website pricing.

        Basically a filter coffee. Various devices like Chemex or Hario v60 pour over. Great for a lighter roasted single origin if drinking as a black coffee. Allows the unique flavour profiles of the beans to shine through.

        People tend to like single origins that are fruity or unique characteristics for this method,

        The best way I could explain it if you haven't tried it is that it's like a coffee flavoured tea, you actually taste all the subtleties of the flavour.

        Downside is that it's a bit fiddly to brew.

        Keen on single origin special though :)

    These will all be good for cold brew, especially the Brazilian Bootleg!

    If you want a really good single origin for cold brew I would recommend Brazil Monte Alegra washed coffee lightly roasted
