        I'm guessing the listing is wrong. The new 18-50mm lens is reported as having no stabilisation on every other site.

    I am seriously sorry everybody, after asking that deep and meaningful question about the lens I was not able to get an answer, we have suspended the product on our website and will call Sony tomorrow with a stern voice I can assure you, let's see what we can do,………. once again sorry but I'm just the messenger.:)

    The Sony A5000 I just scored came with a 18-50mm lens that is marked with OSS. So apparently there is also an OSS version?

    Markings on my lens:

    It is the 18-50 kit lens. There is no a3500 with SEL1855 kit option.

    Given the lack of clear information and the poster's response I've negged - a kit lens is a very important factor in making decisions for a camera purchase, especially when considering this camera would mostly be purchased by entry-level/inexperienced photographers.
